a/ FULL VERSION (provided that funds are obtained): 7 individual apartments (including two intended for: a model apartment and an apartment for administrative-professional activity with a room for the assistant (3-room), plus 2 apartments for: an adjusted hair and beauty saloon and an apartment for a shop.

Costs of obtaining apartments for the project – estimated value – 10x350 thousand PLN (unit cost of an apartment taking into consideration the common part) = 3 million 500 thousand PLN.

 

b/ BASIC VERSION - 6 individual apartments including a one which is bigger (e.g. 4-room), multifunctional: (1. room for the assistant, 2. room for administrative-professional activity, 3. training room and 4. a living room with kitchen annexe and hall as a place for meetings with the possibility of opening it up to built-up or glaze terrace. In this version the cost amounts to 5x350 thousand PLN plus 1x450 thousand PLN (a big multifunctional apartment) = 2 million 100 thousand PLN. No additional rooms serving service functions.

 

b) specialist equipment / adjustments – assets obtained from sponsors, devices, model adjustments – firms dealing with adjustment and equipment of rooms for the disabled – about 50 thousand an apartment,

 

c) finishing, equipment – own contribution of project participants - about 20 - 50 thousand PLN an apartment, for five individual apartments = 250 thousand PLN, alternatively sponsor’s contribution – depending on assets obtained,

 

d) finishing, adjustment of the common part – from 50 thousand up to 150 thousand PLN – depending on their destination – bigger scope with regard to the training apartment and rehabilitation room, other related to the service part – adjusted hair and beauty saloon or a shop, so-called colonial shop,

 

e) maintenance costs:                                                  

- rent, service charges – residents,

- food, cleaning, ongoing charges – residents,

- personnel – assistants of the disabled, nursing care, transport, rehabilitation – support / system assets and assets of the residents,

- maintenance of the common part – assets obtained from work of particular residents, possibly obtained from projects.
